Power System: Operational and Market Security
The SEBOR Conference has been granted the patronage of the Committee on Electrical Engineering of the Polish Academy of Sciences. This is an important distinction for us and a confirmation of the high substantive level of the event. We regard this patronage as both an honour and a commitment to the Conference's further development. We hope that it will also open up new publication opportunities for the Authors of conference papers and post-conference articles.
On 17–19 March 2026, the SEBOR’26 Conference was held in Kazimierz Dolny on the Vistula. The event gathered 150 participants, featured 30 papers and 3 discussion panels, confirming the importance of cooperation between science, system operators and public administration for power system security. SEBOR’27 will be held on 6–8 April 2027.
We are pleased to announce that the SEBOR’26 conference papers have been published in Rynek Energii. The publications are available on an open access basis, allowing them to reach a wide audience from the scientific and industry communities. We have also started sending author copies to all Authors who published their papers in the journal.
We have made the SEBOR’26 Conference video materials available. We invite you to watch the recordings, revisit the key moments of the event, and return to the interesting presentations, discussions and issues addressed during the proceedings. This is a good opportunity to once again explore the topics that formed the basis of substantive debate during the Conference.
Thank you for participating in SEBOR’26, held on 17–19 March 2026. Continuing the “Electricity Market” series, the Conference became an important forum for exchanging ideas and experience. Its significance was confirmed by honorary patronages, while expert discussions focused on operational security and the challenges of the energy transition.
