Power System: Operational and Market Security
We are pleased to announce that the cooperation between the Scientific and Technical Conference Power System: Operational and Market Security – SEBOR and the journal “Przegląd Elektrotechniczny” will continue during SEBOR’27.
Following the very successful cooperation associated with the publication of papers prepared as part of SEBOR’26, we are delighted that Authors of next year’s conference will once again have the opportunity to further develop their work and present their research results in one of Poland’s most recognised journals in the field of electrical engineering.
“Przegląd Elektrotechniczny” is the oldest journal for Polish electrical engineers and has been published since 1919. It is a peer-reviewed monthly scientific and technical journal of the Association of Polish Electrical Engineers, published by SIGMA-NOT Publishing House and addressed both to the academic community and to professionals working across the broad field of electrical engineering.
The journal’s scope covers all major areas of electrical engineering, including power engineering, electrical engineering theory, power electronics, electric traction, electrical measurements, lighting technology, electrical machines and apparatus, transformers, electrothermics and electrical materials engineering.
The journal also enjoys broad visibility within the scientific community. It is indexed, among others, in Scopus, EBSCO, INSPEC, Index Copernicus and BAZTECH, while all papers published since 2014 are available on an Open Access basis.
Another important benefit for Authors is that publications in “Przegląd Elektrotechniczny” are currently awarded 70 points in the list of scientific journals of the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
The opportunity to publish in a journal with such a long-standing tradition is another element of the publication opportunities being prepared for SEBOR’27 Authors. Our aim is for the conference to be not only a venue for presenting research results and discussing the most important challenges facing modern power engineering, but also a platform enabling the further dissemination of the best papers in recognised scientific journals.
Together with the previously announced publication opportunities in “Rynek Energii” and “Archives of Electrical Engineering”, our cooperation with “Przegląd Elektrotechniczny” provides another pathway for developing the scientific output of conference Authors.
SEBOR’27 will take place from 6 to 8 April 2027 in Kazimierz Dolny nad Wisłą.
