Power System: Operational and Market Security

Meeting of the SEBOR’27 Programme Council

01.10.2026

Preparations for the next edition of the Scientific and Technical Conference Power System: Operational and Market Security – SEBOR’27 are entering another important stage.

On 22 October 2026 at 12:00 p.m., a meeting of the Conference Programme Council will be held at the headquarters of Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. in Konstancin-Jeziorna.

The main objective of the meeting will be to jointly define the substantive direction of next year’s conference. Members of the Programme Council will be invited to identify the most important issues and challenges currently facing the power sector, which should be reflected in the SEBOR’27 programme. One of the key elements of the discussion will also be to develop a proposal for the conference’s main theme and to define the subject areas to be addressed during the individual sessions.

Our aim is to ensure that the SEBOR’27 programme is not merely a catalogue of current technical and market-related topics, but a genuine response to the real challenges facing the power sector today. The subjects identified by the Programme Council are also intended to inspire Authors in preparing their papers and to provide a basis for substantive discussion between representatives of academia, system operators, energy companies, public administration and other market participants.

The meeting of the Programme Council will therefore constitute one of the most important stages in preparing the substantive programme of the next edition of the conference.

SEBOR’27 will take place from 6 to 8 April 2027 in Kazimierz Dolny nad Wisłą.

We will provide updates on the outcomes of the Programme Council’s work and further details of the conference programme on our website and social media channels.
