Programme Committee

The SEBOR’27 Programme Committee is an expert advisory body responsible for defining the scientific and technical directions of the conference and supporting the high academic and professional standards of its sessions and discussions.

The Committee's primary objective is to identify the most important issues and challenges facing the modern power sector, with particular emphasis on power system operational and market security, the energy transition, power grid infrastructure development, renewable energy integration, energy storage technologies, and the regulatory and economic conditions affecting energy market operation.

The responsibilities of the Programme Committee include proposing the conference's main theme, identifying priority topics, recommending subjects for plenary sessions and panel discussions, and encouraging researchers and industry professionals to address current scientific, technical, and practical challenges.

An equally important aspect of the Committee's activities is promoting dialogue between academia, transmission and distribution system operators, electricity producers and consumers, public administration representatives, and industry associations.

Drawing on the diverse expertise and professional experience of its members, the Programme Committee contributes to the development of a conference programme that reflects the practical needs of the power sector, encourages the exchange of knowledge and experience, and provides a platform for discussing solutions essential to the security and future development of the Polish power system.
